Diana Romagnoli, President/CEO
Diana is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the agency. She provides a forward-looking vision for the agency. She is the TCRC representative with the professional community and the leadership of related mental health and chemical dependency treatment programs. She serves at the pleasure of the Board of Directors and is responsible for assuring that the agency adheres to the policies and procedures adopted by the Board of Directors. The President/CEO is responsible for the hiring, firing and supervision of all staff and for the fiscal management of the agency within the budget established by the Board of Directors.
Diana comes to TCRC with more than 25 years of health care experience. Recently she served as Vice President of Operations at Metro Dallas Homeless Alliance.
Diana holds an MBA degree from Southern Methodist University, a MS from Texas Womens University, and a BBA from Texas A&M University. She is a certified PMP.
Diana has been with TCRC since July of 2020. Her professional interest focuses on making TCRC the best it can be for the clients coming to us. In addition to her work Diana enjoys physical exercise, reading, travel, and the arts.
She and her husband have lived in Dallas almost 20 years.
